Requirements description

• Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting
• Experience working as an accountant, financial manager, analyst, or economist
• Analytical mindset, structured thinking, initiative, independence, and flexibility
• Diligence, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment with large volumes of information
• Ability to structure and visualize information from large datasets
• Proficient user of Excel and Google Sheets
• Knowledge and experience in economic modeling, forecasting, budgeting, efficiency and profitability analysis, and business plan development will be a significant advantage
• Experience working in the IT industry will be a significant advantage
• Experience with Salesforce and Fakturova will be a strong plus
• English proficiency at level B1 or higher

Your responsibilities

1. Collecting, aggregating, controlling, and processing large amounts of information from multiple sources
2. Preparing documents for clients and contractors (drafting service acceptance certificates, issuing invoices, and overseeing other client-related documentation)
3. Communicating with counterparties and sales managers regarding financial and documentation-related questions (via email and calls when necessary)
4. Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable; collaborating with the legal department to minimize outstanding debts
5. Working in Salesforce, Google Sheets, and other tools
6. Maintaining various internal registers, verifying reports, etc.
