Our client, a dynamic and growing capital group, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join its Management Board. The CFO will play a key role in shaping the Group’s financial strategy, driving long-term growth, and overseeing all aspects of financial management and M&A activity.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the Group’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
2. Supervise financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and capital structure management.
3. Drive M&A initiatives, including valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
4. Partner closely with the CEO and the Management Board to support strategic decisions.
5. Ensure effective financial governance, risk management, and sustainable value creation.
6. Build and lead a high-performing finance organization across the Group.
