  • 3–5+ years of experience in UX or product research, with a strong focus on quantitative and mixed-method approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Pendo, GA4, or similar).
  • Skilled in survey design and analysis (Typeform, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey).
  • Comfortable working with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to translate data into design and business impact.
  • Experience with B2B or technical platforms (security or developer tools a plus).
  • Based in Poland; fluent English required.

We’re looking for a UX Researcher based in Poland to help us establish the quantitative research foundation for our Application Security UX team. This role is ideal for someone who’s data-driven and systems-oriented, confident in analytics, survey design, and metrics, but who also appreciates how quantitative and qualitative insights can work together to shape a deeper understanding of our users.

Your responsibilities

  1. Build the quantitative research layer for the UX function — defining instrumentation strategy, analytics dashboards, and core user journey metrics.
  2. Partner with the UX Manager and Product Director to create experience KPIs and ensure product telemetry captures what matters most.
  3. Design and run survey-based studies (e.g., periodic “pulse” or Lydia-style surveys) to quantify user sentiment and validate qualitative findings.
  4. Analyze user behavioral data (task flows, drop-offs, engagement, time-on-task) to identify friction points and opportunities.
  5. Blend quantitative findings with qualitative context to deliver clear, actionable insights that guide product and UX strategy.
