Requirements description

Must have requirements:

  • Fluent English B2/C1.
  • Previous experience in ServiceNow Administration.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Experience in the process of upgrading software (ServiceNow).
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow products such as ITSM, DISCOVERY, CMDB.
  • Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice.

Nice to have requirements:

  • French language.
  • Knowledge of ITIL / experience of working with ITIL processes.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certificate.

Offer description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join the Sopra Steria Polska team and contribute to a project for a leading French broadcasting company.

As a member of an international team, you will be working closely with our foreign client in the telecommunications industry on the development and improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.

Your responsibilities

  1. Participation in implementation projects.
  2. Designing new solutions based on customer requirements.
  3. Providing comprehensive solutions during the implementation of ServiceNow products.
  4. Implementation of business-defined functions on the ServiceNow platform.
  5. Evolution of the platform and recommendations for improving the functionality of customer solutions.
  6. Address any new or unresolved incidents that may affect system performance.
