Requirements description

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales administration.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written (work in an international environment).
• Problem-solving skills and experience in complaint handling.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and good work organization.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Your responsibilities

1. Comprehensive order management in the SAP system (order entry, price and availability verification, invoicing).
2. Issuing invoices and credit notes and sending documents to customers.
3. Monitoring the delivery process (cooperation with the distribution center and carriers), organizing special deliveries for the Polish market.
4. Managing product returns and exchanges.
5. Handling complaints reported by customers and sales representatives.
6. Registering and handling customer inquiries in the CRM system (Salesforce).
