• Minimum 3 years of experience in software test automation

• Hands-on experience with JMeter
• Strong background in structuring, designing, and planning test scenarios and test cases
• Practical experience with Playwright

About the Project

You’ll join a test automation project with a strong focus on performance testing.

The application is primarily built with .NET, while Playwright and JMeter are the core testing technologies. The CI/CD process is managed through Azure DevOps.

You’ll collaborate with a highly skilled engineering team to ensure the platform’s reliability, scalability, and performance — shaping automation strategies and driving continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

1. Design and develop performance and load test scripts using JMeter (beyond record/replay: scripting, parameterization, correlation, distributed execution)
2. Integrate performance tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated execution and reporting
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (response times, throughput, scalability, bottlenecks)
4. Conduct capacity planning and establish performance baselines
5. Perform root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to developers and architects
6. Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and SDETs to troubleshoot and optimize performance
