• Trustworthy, ethical, and dependable.
• Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in any additional European language is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream or major change management initiatives, preferably within an international corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget—following industry best practices, methodologies, and internal standards. Remote work with occasional visits in Wrocław.

Your responsibilities

1. Plan and manage the end-to-end SAP implementation process.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
3. Provide consistent updates and reports to stakeholders on strategy, progress, and necessary adjustments.
4. Apply best practices, methodologies, and tools across all project stages.
5. Monitor project performance and implement corrective measures when required.
