Requirements description

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Analysis (ETL processes/pipelines, data models..)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, and frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Strong expertise in developing and managing ELT pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory or comparable technologies.
• Advanced skills in building sophisticated data models, especially in scenarios where data originates from multiple systems with varying formats. Hands-on experience with tools like SQL Server, Oracle, or data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift is crucial.
• Competence in scripting languages, including Python and PowerShell, to streamline integration workflows and data transformation processes.
• Proven ability to design and deploy RESTful and SOAP APIs, enabling efficient data exchange between systems.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders, while translating complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and German, ensuring effective communication at all organizational levels.

The Experience Management Service Architect is tasked with ensuring the effective establishment of the Experience Management Office (XMO). In this position, you will design the overarching architecture of the experience management ecosystem, ensuring smooth coordination of all technical elements, tools, and platforms necessary for monitoring and improving employee experiences. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will align the technical framework with the company’s strategic objectives, guaranteeing that all systems are compatible, scalable, and secure.

Your responsibilities

1. Designing a comprehensive architecture blueprint for the experience management ecosystem, incorporating tools such as feedback collection platforms, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solutions, data analytics systems, and reporting frameworks.
2. Driving the integration of technologies like Power BI, SysTrack, Nexthink, and other relevant systems, ensuring seamless interoperability to deliver a unified experience for the XMO and end-users.
3. Tailoring and optimizing tools and platforms to meet the organization's unique requirements, ensuring all components are configured to effectively capture, process, and analyze experience-related data.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, data engineers, UX researchers, and other stakeholders, to ensure technical alignment with the overarching experience management strategy and business goals.
5. Documenting the architecture and integration workflows in detail and conducting knowledge transfer sessions to empower the permanent XMO team to manage and maintain the system independently after its implementation.
