Requirements description

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or data science, ideally in healthcare or clinical trials.
• Strong skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and handling time-series or sensor data.
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with clinical trial processes, data visualization tools, and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA/GDPR).

Your responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain Python/SQL-based data pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and transforming large-scale time-series data from wearable devices and apps.
2. Generate real-time operational metrics (adherence, data completeness, connectivity, protocol deviations) for study teams.
3. Collaborate with Clinical and Data Science teams to define and automate data quality monitoring and reporting.
4. Optimize data infrastructure for scalability, cost-efficiency, and compliance in regulated environments.
5. Document workflows and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
