  • Proven experience as a business unit director who has actionable experience in promoting IT solutions
  • Practical knowledge about chemical (or related) industry companies' needs and challenges.
  • Strong analytical and account management skills that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experienced in coordinating offer preparation and delivering compelling business presentations
  • Understanding the business model of a service tech company that is responsible for delivering software and other IT solutions to external clients.
  • Positive attitude, natural passion for sales, and ability to deliver timely commitments.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C1) with the ability to collaborate effectively with international partners.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

As a Business Unit Director, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and cultivating profitable relationships. You will work closely with experienced specialists who handle the technical aspects of AI solutions, allowing you to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service. In time, you will be in charge of expanding the Chemical Business Unit beyond AI solutions.

Your responsibilities

  1. Driving sales and pre-sales activities & presenting a hands-on attitude to those activities. The main goal will be to bring a chemical/industry customer to Spyrosoft.
  2. Building client relationships that last. Working as an owner with business development and support departments (Marketing, Operations Excellence, PMs, Sales Support, Recruitment).
  3. Monitoring and overseeing successful delivery of the software development projects and services across the Business Unit.
  4. Improving the growth strategy of the chemicals business unit with C-levels.
