Requirements description

  • 3–5 years of experience in PMO or project management within sales, marketing, or business development—ideally in a B2B, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred), lead management, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and sales/marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional commercial projects and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with international sales organizations and product management teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, transformation-oriented environment.
  • Background in project governance, Lean Marketing, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
  • Fluent English.

Your responsibilities

  1. Lead and coordinate strategic, cross-functional projects.
  2. Improve alignment and collaboration between sales, product management, and other key business stakeholders.
  3. Participate in projects focused on increasing customer engagement, improving lead management workflows, and raising conversion performance.
  4. Use customer and market insights, analytics, and data tools to support more effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  5. Enhance operational efficiency by leveraging CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation systems, and digital tools.
  6. Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely reporting against key milestones.
