Requirements description

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 5 years in similar position
• Bachelor's degree in ICT
• At least 2 certifications among: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent; Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
• English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution
• Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation
• Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis
• Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)
• Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
• Presents excellent analytical and communication skills
• Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
• Presents problem solving skills
• Has knowledge or experience from projects in the area of authentic and false identity and travel documents
• Has knowledge or experience from projects related to systems processing large number of images

1. Models and documents value chains/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data
2. Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements, and user stories
3. Supports business experts and product owners during the definition of requirements and software development
4. Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories throughout the systems lifecycle
5. Translates business, user, and technical needs into business requirements specifications
6. Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, and system features
