Project Description

We are looking for an experienced Web & Digital Platforms Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of multiple digital platforms. The role involves coordinating a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of user experience, performance, accessibility, security, and analytics.

The engagement is Time & Materials, with an estimated 100 hours per month. contract is 12 months with the option to extend.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate a team covering front-end, back-end, CMS, UX/UI design, analytics, and marketing automation.
2. Oversee development, maintenance, and enhancements for approximately 30 web services and new subdomains.
3. Manage marketing automation, email campaigns, and integrations with CRM/Lead Management systems.
4. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA, PDF/UA) and security best practices (OWASP, CSP).
5. Supervise web analytics and tagging audits (GA4, GTM, Matomo, GSC).
6. Maintain transparent reporting of Service Level Agreements (SLA) including response and resolution times.
