Our Client is seeking an experienced Commercial & Contract Manager to provide end-to-end support in commercial and contractual matters for internal stakeholders and external negotiations. The role covers drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing bid and RFP processes, and ensuring that business solutions are commercially sound and compliant with risk management standards.

This is an individual contributor position with strong exposure to senior stakeholders up to VP level. The role requires independence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex business environment. Occasional short-term business travel within Europe (up to one week at a time) may be required.

Your responsibilities
Take ownership of commercial and contract management support for internal clients, including analysis, issue resolution, and disputes.
Lead governance calls and ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders.
Develop and advise on commercial solutions to optimize revenue, margin, and costs, while managing associated risks.
Draft, review, and redline a wide range of contractual documents (Agreements, Statements of Work, Work Orders), primarily within Business Services.
Lead or support contract and commercial negotiations with external clients.
Contribute to offer creation and negotiation strategies, ensuring proper tracking and documentation throughout the process.
