Your skills

• ~5 years of experience in backend development with Java and/or Scala
• Strong understanding of OOP and functional programming principles
• Proficiency in concurrent and distributed programming
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Akka, or Play Framework
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

The team is building an automated OTC trading solution with a rich GUI for bank clients. Developers have autonomy in choosing tools and frameworks. The work involves continuous delivery of new business features, platform development, and automation of the work environment. Strong focus is placed on production stability, testing (TDD), security, and Agile practices such as daily standups and weekly planning sessions.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain software for OTC platform
2. Cover your software with tests on all levels of delivery pipeline, preferably in TDD.
3. Take end-to-end responsibility for your software
4. Attend daily Agile routines with OTC team
5. Collaborate with DCS & FIRE developers to enhance the platform
