Requirements description

• 4+ years of experience in SAP BW reporting development, preferably within the Finance domain
• Proven expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, FIORI, and HANA Native modeling, with deep hands-on experience in reporting development
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes using CDS Views, HANA Views, SAP BW extractors, and general data warehousing principles
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for visualization and analytics
• Ability to read and write ABAP, Python, and SQL code
• Experience working with SAP Solution Manager; Datasphere experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in agile project environments
• Desired understanding of core Finance processes i.e.:

> Marketing Plan to Cash (MP2C)

> Record to Analyze (R2A)

> Plan to Retire Fixed Asset (P2RFA)

> Plan to Deliver Product (PD2P

Your responsibilities

1. Analyze and understand finance reporting requirements within the ASPIRE program, focusing on all Finance processes in Analytics & Reporting
2. Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative Finance reporting solutions across SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), aligned with project guidelines and Roche Enterprise Architecture standards
3. Perform data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities to ensure high-quality and consistent data structures
4. Conduct testing and validation to secure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of all reporting solutions
5. Document technical and functional specifications using SAP Solution Manager
6. Collaborate closely with the Analytics & Reporting Finance business team, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the product owner to gather requirements and deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions
