Requirements description

  • Background in one or more: Business Analysis / Product / Project or Program Management
  • Experience in IT service business
  • Customer Success / Pre-Sales / Account Management
  • Delivery / PMO / EM with cross-account exposure
  • Solid understanding of software delivery in an outsourcing/consulting setup
  • Strong communication skills: comfortable with Delivery Directors, PMs, architects and Sales/BD
  • Analytical mindset: can work with basic metrics (revenue, utilization, token and license usage, adoption, simple delivery KPIs) and turn them into clear priorities
  • Good business sense: can tell when a GenAI idea is real value vs. buzzword; understands upsell, cross-sell and renewal risk
  • Very strong coordination and follow-through: structured, organized, doesn’t drop threads
  • Experience with change management or tool adoption is a plus
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and concepts is a plus; willingness to learn is a must
  • Able to travel abroad for business purposes.

Currently, we are looking for a GenAI Delivery Growth Partner to sit between Delivery, PMs, Sales/BD and our GenAI Value Lab.

Your job in practice:

  • Know what’s happening on key projects.
  • Spot where GenAI tools/workflows add value.
  • Make sure we don’t miss those opportunities.

We run 200+ delivery projects. You’ll help turn that scale into structured GenAI work, pilots, and tool adoption instead of random one-off experiments.

Your responsibilities

  1. Track key accounts and projects: stay close to Delivery Directors, EMs and PMs; understand pains, plans and risks
  2. Spot and qualify GenAI opportunities: workshops, pilots, upsell/cross-sell, scope extensions
  3. Turn raw signals into clear briefs for the GenAI Value Lab (problem, context, constraints, stakeholders)
  4. Coordinate discovery calls and follow-ups so ideas either move forward or are clearly parked
  5. Keep a simple GenAI opportunity pipeline (stage, owner, value, next step)
  6. Work with license/tool owners to drive BlackBox adoption (Copilot/Claude/Cursor/etc.) across delivery accounts:
