Your responsibilities

1. Support international recruitment for commercial and technical positions - from sourcing to interviews, offers and contracts.
2. Manage the hiring process: communication with candidates, scheduling, feedback, and reporting.
3. Participate in employee development and performance review cycles within the Commercial Directorate.
4. Help new employees adapt and integrate into the team and company culture.
5. Work closely with managers and engineers to understand hiring needs and build strong cooperation.
