• Hands-on experience in research and development, particularly in the non-ferrous metal recycling industry or a related area.
• Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of non-ferrous metal recycling processes, including the latest technologies and industrial methods. Awareness of current trends and innovations in non-ferrous metal recycling and the capability to introduce novel solutions.
• Proficiency in conducting research, analyzing data, and synthesizing conclusions to enhance recycling processes. Exceptional problem-solving skills, encompassing problem identification, situation analysis, solution development, and decision-making.
• Experience in data analysis and employing statistical tools to compile reports and make recommendations.
• Ability to generate ideas, seek out innovative solutions, and refine existing methods and technologies.
• Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent oral and written skills, effective teamwork capabilities, and adept at preparing reports and presentations.
• Capable of working autonomously, taking charge of projects, and steering them to successful conclusions.

Your responsibilities
