What we are looking for

• 2+ years of software development experience: You have a solid background in software development, having worked on various projects that showcase your skills and knowledge.
• 1+ years of Flutter experience: You’re confident working with Flutter-based applications, and you have a strong desire to continue learning and expanding your expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter: You have practical experience in developing applications with Flutter and are ready to take on new challenges in this area.
• Understanding of software engineering principles: You’re familiar with key concepts such as data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming (OOP), and REST APIs, allowing you to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience with Git or JIRA: You’re comfortable using tools like Git and JIRA to manage projects and version control, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Fast learner: You’re eager to learn new things quickly and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies with ease.
• Strong technology background: You possess a solid understanding of core technologies and have the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world problems.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science (a plus): A degree in Computer Science is a big plus, but not a requirement. We value experience and skills just as much as formal education.

Role Description

This is a full time remote position. You work from home and you join only the monthly sprint turn in the office in Törökbálint. The project is a long term engagement with a leading telco provider. Your Flutter based modules run inside the native mobile app and reach more than one million users.

You handle daily Flutter development tasks in a stable agile team. You collaborate with five developers, a dedicated tester, a product owner and a scrum master. Work hours run from nine to seventeen with flexible handling.

Your responsibilities

1. Participation in the full lifecycle of development projects from planning to handover
2. Maintaining existing cross platform Flutter modules
3. Writing clean and reliable frontend code
4. Following Clean Architecture and Bloc based state management
5. Keeping up with current technology trends
6. Clear communication with your team
