What We're Looking For:

• Experience in leading and coordinating teams of Back-end and Front-end BI Developers.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Looker (Enterprise edition) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LookML.
• Proficiency in back-end development technologies such as Google BigQuery including as well database management, and ETL processes implementation.
• Experience with GCP.
• Proficiency with data integration techniques and tools.
• Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
• In-depth knowledge related to performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

Your responsibilities

1. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
2. Coordinate and collaborate with Back-end and Front-end BI Developers teams during reporting solutions building and implementation phases.
3. Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with Customer`s requirements.
4. Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements and specifications for reporting solutions.
5. Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions for Business intelligence reporting.
6. Review and approve technical designs and ensure adherence to technical quality criteria.
