• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT field as a Scrum Master / Delivery/ People Manager.
• Experience in working with start-ups (fast-acting, proactivity, operating independently).
• Ability to work til 7 pm / sometimes til 10pm.
• Well-versed in the Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

It would be nice if you have:

• Previous experience in tech roles (eg. QA, Developer).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Offer description

We are looking for a Project Manager to cooperate with a leading provider of AI evaluation and optimization solutions, trusted by multinational companies to optimize AI agents and detect performance issues in large language models.

The client expects a person who works quickly, takes ownership, and moves forward without requiring extensive guidance.

Due to the client’s time zone, we would appreciate a candidate who can work until 7 p.m. on a daily basis, and occasionally til 10 p.m.

This is a 100% remote position, but if you enjoy working from an office, you’re warmly welcome to join us there too 😊

Your responsibilities

1. Day-to-day tasks and team coordination.
2. Being responsible for the quick execution of tasks.
3. Moving ahead confidently with minimal oversight.
4. Planning and developing requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
5. Presenting stakeholders with progress reports as well as problems and solutions.
