Your role will be integral to helping our CEO maximize productivity and make impactful decisions.

Your responsibilities

  1. Executive Branding & Social Media: Manage the CEO's professional presence on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to enhance executive branding. Create, schedule, and monitor content, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
  2. AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage AI tools to streamline daily tasks, including email management, scheduling, and content drafting. Stay informed on the latest in AI-driven productivity tools and recommend innovations.
  3. Calendar & Priority Management: Coordinate a complex executive calendar, handling overlapping priorities, rescheduling as needed, and ensuring thorough preparation for each engagement.
  4. Communication & Confidentiality: Draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO, exercise discretion with sensitive matters, and liaise with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent, professional representation.
  5. International Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage international travel logistics, often on short notice. Ensure seamless travel experiences, handling all aspects from itinerary planning to accommodations.
  6. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report key social media and project metrics. Use analytics to refine strategies, and prepare reports that translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
