Requirements description

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with proven experience as a senior mobile developer or technical lead.
• Extensive experience with both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Java, Kotlin) development.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle with strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms as well as provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of iOS and Android developers.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs, help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
4. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards as well as drive continuous improvement in the development process and team productivity.
6. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
