Requirements description

• University degree in engineering, economics, or banking
• Knowledge of banking products.
• Experience in investment funds, investment advisory, savings accounts, and products is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance (GDPR, AML, KNF)
• Active participation in projects related to implementing new functionalities in banking systems
• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (UML) modeling techniques
• Confidence in creating user stories, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, and API/system flow specifications
• Practical knowledge of tools: Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence, SQL (basics)
• Understanding of system architecture (microservices, integrations, queues, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business/system analysis in the banking sector

We are looking for an experienced Business-System Analyst to join our client's project from banking field. The area of expertise is: ​​investment funds, investment advice, accounts and banking products.The role requires hybrid work, 2 days a week from office located in Wroclaw.

2. • Defining and specifying functional and non-functional requirements within projects
3. • Modeling processes (BPMN) and system flows
4. • Creating analytical and design documentation
5. • Designing services
6. • Verifying key documents prepared within projects
