Requirements description

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing data analysis or scientific software tools.
• Proficiency in Python (Flask/Django) and frontend technologies (JavaScript, React).
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and source code management.
• Knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB).
• Cloud experience (GCP or AWS).
• Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively in an agile environment.
