Requirements description

Core Technical Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge in .NET/C#.

  • A strong passion for code quality and maintainable design, including:

○ Expertise in S.O.L.I.D. principles.

○ Commitment to Clean Code practices.

  • Strong practical experience with the following technologies:

○ C#

○ WPF

○ SQL

○ XML, Json

○ NHibernate/Entity Framework

  • Proficiency with development tools: Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Azure DevOps.

  • Advanced Technical & Architecture Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g. YAML pipelines, WiX toolset).

• Knowledge of microservices and cloud solutions

Professional & Interpersonal Skills:

• Fluency in English

• Willingness to help testers, analysts, or architects as needed.

• Open-minded, honest, and a team player.

• A passion for understanding user frustrations and business opportunities.

• Strong understanding of Agile practices.

• Satisfactory communication and presentation skills.

• Flexibility regarding roles and responsibilities (teamwork).

Offer description

You will be a key developer responsible for the full lifecycle of the core solution and related systems - from system analysis and business requirements management to implementation, enhancement, and maintenance.

You will collaborate closely with architects, testers, and analysts to create artefacts for epics and drive continuous improvement of tools, methods, and practices within an Agile framework.

This is a hybrid position, you will work form the office in Wrocław 2 days a week

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement new functionalities and modifications in existing applications
  2. Write, maintain, and design for testability, including unit tests, integration tests, and UI functional tests
  3. Actively support business requirements and system analysis
  4. Support the user base and address their needs (standard support hours are 8:00–17:00, and support is split among all developers.)
