• 2–5 years experience in digital marketing or growth operations
• Experience building funnels and landing pages (Systeme.io, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, GoHighLevel or similar)
• Experience with email automation (tags, triggers, sequences, segmentation)
• Experience with website builders (Wix or similar)
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma or similar)
• Ability to implement tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager)
• Strong English (B2+)
• Ability to work independently, deliver fast, and manage priorities
• Portfolio of relevant work (funnels, automations, landing pages, or designs)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with paid ads (Meta/Google) — not full responsibility, but awareness and ability to collaborate with a media buyer
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Experience with online education, coaching, or digital products
• Enhance and format slide decks, presentations, and pitch materials
• Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
• Experience working in international remote teams

Offer description

We are building a high-performance digital marketing team for international brands and look for a full-time Marketing & Growth Operator who will execute the operational side of our digital marketing: funnels, automations, landing pages, email sequences, design elements, tracking, and content implementation.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or management position. You will work directly with the CEO and become the core engine behind our marketing infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

1. Funnels & Landing Pages
2. Build and maintain funnels in Systeme.io (opt-ins, tripwires, core offers, upsells)
3. Create high-converting landing pages and sales pages
4. Connect payment integrations, order bumps, and checkout flows
5. Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM)
6. Run A/B tests and optimize pages for conversions
