  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
  • Strong background in working within matrix organizations and multicultural teams.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in Polish and English; German is highly desirable.
  • Openness to business trips - within Poland and to Germany.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute the human resources strategy across several manufacturing sites - both in Poland and abroad.

This position plays a key role in shaping organizational capability, strengthening people processes, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a complex, multi-country environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in operational HR, European labor relations, talent development, and HR process design - paired with strong business partnering capabilities.

Your responsibilities

  1. Drive HR strategy across manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  2. Lead organizational development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
  3. Manage industrial and employee relations, including unions, negotiations, and grievance handling.
  4. Ensure compliance with European labor laws and all statutory requirements.
  5. Oversee recruitment and retention for skilled, engineering, and leadership roles; support employer branding.
  6. Implement performance management processes and oversee training needs, development plans, and engagement initiatives.
