Requirements description

• Minimum 3 years of experience in R2R accounting with strong process knowledge.
• Fluent English skills (C1 level)
• Proven experience in process documentation (flows, narratives, SOPs, control frameworks).
• Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Experience in client-facing activities (workshops, presentations, trainings).
• Knowledge of at least one ERP system: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle.

YOUR ROLE

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant, you will support Capgemini clients in innovating and developing new strategies, services, and products. You will design and implement new business and operating models, helping shape the organizations of the future. Your work will be grounded in customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives, with a strong focus on Finance Transformation, particularly within the Record-to-Report (R2R) domain
