Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of experience working with SharePoint (Online or On-Premises)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: administration, configuration, implementation
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Good command of English (B2+ / C1 level)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to work remotely and collaboratively

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with system integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST API)
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform Fundamentals, SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
• Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD tools for Microsoft 365

Your responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze client requirements, collaborate with business teams
2. Design solution architecture within Microsoft 365 / SharePoint
3. Implement and configure SharePoint environments (Online and/or On-Premises) and related services
4. Develop and maintain solutions — both through configuration and custom development
5. Automate business processes using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
6. Integrate systems using REST API, Azure services, ensuring security and governance
