Your responsibilities

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, with strong verbal and typing skills
  2. Proven ability to support customers through both written and verbal communication, often simultaneously
  3. Fluency in written and spoken English
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to influence positive outcomes
  6. Proficient in computer use, with hands-on experience using Google Workspace (Google Suite)
