Your responsibilities

1. Afternoon Shift core working hours: 14:00 (2 PM) to 22:00 (10 PM) CET/CEST
2. Represent the 3Dconnexion brand at the heart of our technical support team
3. Assist clients in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to 3Dconnexion products
4. Provide valuable feedback to our product and R&D teams to help improve our offerings
5. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
