Your responsibilities

1. Overseeing end-to-end delivery of software projects across the region, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business needs
2. Leading, coaching, and developing delivery teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration
3. Acting as the senior point of contact for regional business units, ensuring early engagement in project scoping and commercial discussions
4. Managing resource allocation, staffing, and cross-team utilization; building pragmatic delivery setups for both large and small initiatives
5. Identifying capability gaps, promoting best practices, and supporting continuous professional growth within the teams
6. Coordinating with teams across Europe and APAC to ensure smooth cross-regional collaboration and delivery
