As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring smooth cooperation and communication among multiple teams situated in Lodz and Frankfurt, as well as collaborating effectively with other teams within the cluster based in Prague.

You will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the teams to adhere to agile practices, fostering a constructive and efficient environment that promotes continuous improvement and successful delivery of projects.

Your leadership will be essential in resolving impediments, coordinating cross-team efforts, and ensuring that all teams are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines. In this senior capacity, you will leverage your expertise to mentor team members, advocate for agile principles, and drive the implementation of best practices to achieve optimal performance and high-quality outcomes across the teams.

Your responsibilities

1. Your main tasks are: 👇
2. Facilitating Scrum Events: Ensure that daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives occur and are effective
3. Coaching the Team: Guide the team on Agile and Scrum practices to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration
4. Removing Impediments: Actively identify and remove barriers that prevent the team from achieving their goals
5. Supporting Product Owners: Help the Product Owners in their duties and responsibilities
6. Promoting Transparency: Ensure that information radiators are up-to-date and visible to facilitate transparency and communication
