Your responsibilities

1. Educate the team in Scrum and Agile ways of working (in particular SAFe), ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed.
2. Enabler to Sprint ceremonies, including Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and kept within the timebox.
3. Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team.
4. Protect team productivity and facilitate the removal of impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving the Sprint and PI objectives.
