• Strong proficiency in Agile project management tools.
• Fluency in English and Italian (B2–C2).

Your responsibilities

1. Leading Agile delivery for AI and Data initiatives built on modern cloud platforms.
2. Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Managing project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
4. Working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies (e.g., India, Italy).
5. Monitoring progress and preparing reports using Agile metrics and KPIs.
6. Identifying project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
