Requirements description

• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Operational Excellence, P&G IWS, TPM, or manufacturing-focused management consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading manufacturing excellence projects and managing project teams.
• Fluency in English is essential, as you’ll collaborate daily with international clients.
• Industry experience in Consumer Products or Life Sciences is highly desirable.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe—up to 80% of your time.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management.
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt are a plus.
• Additional European language skills (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) are an advantage.

Your responsibilities

1. Collaborate with client deployment teams to drive Manufacturing Excellence transformations across diverse industries.
2. Support clients in designing and implementing operational improvements within their manufacturing environments.
3. Take ownership of workstreams and contribute to high-impact client engagements, delivering top-tier services aligned with EY’s global methodologies and tools.
4. Play an active role in developing EY’s thought leadership and methodologies in manufacturing, while cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
