Your responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the HR Administration and external payroll provider to ensure accuracy across all HR, administrative, and payroll processes
  2. Assist with medical checks, BHP (occupational health and safety) inductions, and work permit procedures for non-residents
  3. Support the preparation of formal hiring documentation in accordance with established templates.
  4. Prepare formal business travel documentation
  5. Assist in payroll closing activities, including maintaining the KUP register, verifying attendance records, and distributing payslips
  6. Perform general office management duties on a minor scale
