Requirements description

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience with SharePoint Online / M365.
• Very strong knowledge of: SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, PowerShell, Graph API.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with CRM systems (Dynamics / Salesforce).
• Practical understanding of Microsoft Purview, DLP, Governance.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, data security, and compliance.
• Experience in workflow automation and designing enterprise-level document libraries.

Your responsibilities

1. Implement mechanisms for capturing and importing documents in multiple formats (PDF, DOCX, images, multimedia).
2. Automate document upload and classification processes.
3. Create and configure custom metadata fields and library structures.
4. Build solutions enabling both automatic and manual document indexing.
5. Design secure and scalable document libraries.
6. Implement fast search capabilities, including full-text search (Microsoft Search, Search API).
