French-speaking LIVE Stream Customer Expert

Place: Poznań (onsite)

Schedule: 24/7 shifts – afternoon/evening shifts from 1:00 PM, night shifts 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3 – 4 night shifts a month)

You are the one who chooses the shifts that suit you!

Start Date: 10/12/2025

Training duration: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday, conducted in English)

• Initial phone interview – we want to get to know you better!
• English and French verification – spoken and written
• Online interview with a recruitment representative and Team Manager – during the meeting, we’ll ask you some questions, conduct an online speed typing test, skills test and tell you more about how the project works daily.

Your responsibilities

1. Responding to offline tickets in real time to content creators’ inquiries regarding LIVE streaming in terms of reported abuses and appeals of decisions made.
2. Receiving creators’ requests and resolving them in accordance with established platform standards.
3. Collaborating in an international back-office environment (no phone or email contact with creators).
4. Cooperation in a 24/7 shift format - day, night, weekend shifts - schedule determined according to your needs!
