Preferably a student of Economics, International Trade, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field
Interest in the IT sector, automotive, energy, manufacturing, or another specific industry
Strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum B2/C1 level, written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Diligent, reliable, and well-organized, with excellent time management skills

We invite you to join our Bid, Solution and Marketing team with experienced Bid Managers being the core of it. We are a group of specialists supporting key bidding projects, taking care of customer relations and developing sales. We coordinate experienced, interdisciplinary teams often spread across multiple locations, so you will have the opportunity to work with the best experts from Poland, Germany, India and other countries where Capgemini group operates. We plan and control bid budgets, manage the bid process from opportunity assessment to handover of the winning proposal to the delivery team. We are masters in ensuring quality, completeness, and timeliness of responses to key client requests.

Your responsibilities
Designing simple Microsoft 365 Copilot agents to boost team productivity in areas such as reference management and capacity planning
Creating compliance matrices and reviewing bid documentation for completeness and accuracy
Preparing offer documents using standardized templates and reusable content blocks
Supporting internal knowledge and document management platforms by organizing and updating relevant materials
Conducting customer analysis to inform and strengthen sales strategy development
Facilitating team coordination by scheduling meetings and aligning project timelines to ensure smooth bid execution
