Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Seeburger BIS, Java
  • Proficiency in Java and working experience in Unix/Linux/Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring tools.
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle Databases and SQL.
  • Understanding of Microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Awareness of Logging and Monitoring best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Production Technical Support Engineer.
  • Proven background in Service Management and ITIL-based operations.
  • ITIL Accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in globally distributed, multi-site teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Incident / Problem / Change Management procedures.
  • Understanding of Banking Transaction Systems or experience within the Banking Domain is beneficial.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with production service support tools.
  • Experience with microservices and modern integration platforms.
  • Know-how of Problem and Change Management fundamentals.

Your responsibilities

  1. Investigate and resolve system failures and incidents reported on supported services.
