Requirements description

• You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking, Finance or IT
• You have 3+ years ofexperience as a Business or System Analyst
• You are familiar with Structured Finance
• LoanIQ software experience is a big a plus
• You demonstrate strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• You are confident with relational databases & SQL querying
• You work efficiently in Agile environment& BDD practices
• You show a test-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well across cultures and functions
• You are customer-focused, a team player and value partnership
• You are fluent in English (Polish or French will be an asset)

Offer description

You will join a new Feature Team based in Warsaw, with peers located in France and India. With 11 colleagues and your direct manager you will maintain and develop Loan IQ – an application used by the Structured Finance teams.

Your responsibilities

1. Gather business needs and analyze / challenge them
2. Define solution in line with Business processes and Back-Office organization
3. Ensure that solutions are compliant with architects’ recommendations and production requirements (SLA)
4. Write business requirements understandable by all stakeholders, including users and developers è usage of BDD
5. Formalize and perform functional tests all along the development and before the Go-lives
6. Be a functional referent on the modules owned by his Feature Team, she/he is responsible to build and maintain functional documentation
