Requirements description

• Min. 4 years’ experience in supply chain industry
• Functional understanding of supply chain processes, ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems such as OMP, SAP IBP, Kinaxis would be an adventage
• Higher education (min. Bachelor’s degree preferably in supply chain, IT, economics, finance or other relevant field)
• Business English proficiency (required)
• Strong business analytical skills
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration and problem solving skills
• Availability for business trips, abroad included (approx. 30% of the time)
• Ability to work independently and as a part of the team

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain and Operations Consultant to play a key role in our Supply Chain & Operations (SCO) Team in EY Polish Business Consulting practice. This position is suitable for professionals with a solid foundation in supply chain management who are ready to take on more responsibility and lead projects.

The opportunity gives you a chance to join our Planning team within SCO to support global and local clients with planning improvement implementations, e.g. Advanced Planning System like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP.

Your responsibilities

1. Participation in end-to-end transformational projects, in particular related to supply chain Planning (but also other areas: Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Strategy) with the technology component.
2. Participation in projects related to Advanced Planning and Scheduling-System led in Agile methodology
3. Serve as a subject matter expert for client with in-depth knowledge of the application
4. Translate business requirements into functional specifications resulting in user stories
5. Support and coordinate preparation workshops across client’s business units and/or regions
6. Support project successful deployment delivery (Fit-Gap analysis, Master Data/System setup, Training and Testing, Go Live and Support)
