Requirements description

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience with SharePoint Online / M365.
• Strong background as a Technical Lead or Architect.
• Expert knowledge of SPFx, Graph API, Power Platform, Purview, DLP, Security & Compliance.
• Experience building complex integrations with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Ability to design system architecture and make architectural decisions.
• Experience managing teams and leading technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders and external clients.

Your responsibilities

1. Leadership & Architecture
2. Design the architecture of the Document Management system based on SharePoint Online and M365.
3. Oversee a team of developers and consultants.
4. Make technical decisions, select technologies, and standardize development processes.
5. Participate in business meetings and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
