- Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-17:00.

Remote Swedish-speaking Customer Service Consultant

Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment..

We are growing and seeking consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving our customers.

Tasks: 📌​

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Providing information on products and their functionality.

- Entering requests into the system.

What we offer: 🤝​

- Civil contract with a rate of PLN 53,00 gross/h​.

-Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.

-Fully remote training and collaboration- we provide all equipment.
