• Strong unit and integration testing experience
• Good logging and monitoring practices

Your responsibilities

1. Be in the driver’s seat of elevating our company by architecting and advancing the core AI systems we rely on: including our AI Support, Marketing Outreach, and VIP Client Orchestration.
2. Work through ambiguity by experimenting, learning quickly, and refining ideas to drive the right solution.
3. Own the full problem-solving cycle: design metrics, evaluate system performance, re-architect components when needed, and scale solutions.
4. Solve technical challenges while ensuring our code is clean, efficient, and scalable.
5. Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest improvements to make our development process faster and smoother.
