Requirements description

Required Qualifications:

• Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure – working knowledge about Delivery Controller, StoreFront, user profile management (UPM, FSLogix), Citrix policies
• Deep knowledge about Virtual Desktops troubleshooting
• Experience with Citrix delivery methods: MCS, PVS, Manual provisioning
• Experience with Citrix Studio and Citrix Director
• Knowledge of Citrix WEM
• Strong Windows Desktop skills
• Windows Server management
• Active Directory and GPO management
• Basic networking knowledge
• PowerShell scripting
• Eager to take the initiative, working independently
• Possessing strong technical and communication abilities

Optional Qualifications:

• Experience with Citrix DaaS and cloud/hybrid infrastructure deployments
• Basic knowledge about hypervisors
• Basic knowledge about SQL Databases
• NetScaler load balancing experience

Your responsibilities

1. Managing virtualized environment based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies
2. Troubleshooting, maintenance and operational support for the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment, including VDI infrastructure
3. Performing common activities like incident management, service request management and change management
