Faria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Manager to lead our web team and drive the strategic direction, development, and optimization of our online presence. You will be responsible for ensuring our website effectively communicates Faria's value proposition, enhances user experience, and supports our business goals. In this role, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights to continually improve website performance and achieve measurable results. This role requires someone who can both lead a team and dive into the technical details as needed. This position is a high priority within the company.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor the web team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
2. Manage team workflow, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives.
3. Develop and implement a comprehensive web strategy aligned with Faria's overall marketing and business objectives.
4. Oversee all aspects of website management, including content strategy, design, development, SEO, and user experience.
